Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of the Center for Educational Neuroscience, Trauma, and Human Behavior includes the following.

  • Director: Responsible for the management of centers, from planning, and implementation, to evaluation of research. The head of the research center is also responsible for leading the team, coordinating activities, and ensuring that all projects are running as planned.
  • Executive Secretary: Responsible for the administration of the research center, including the management of letters, documentation, and daily administration. The secretary also supports the head of research center in various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Treasurer: Responsible for the finances of the research center, including budget management, the preparation of financial reports, and the reporting of the use of funds. The Treasurer also ensures that all financial transactions are carried out in line with applicable procedures and policies.
  • Field Research Coordinator: Responsible for conducting research related to specific fields, overseeing teams, and reporting results. The field coordinator is also tasked with developing a plan, identifying the necessary resources, and ensuring that research is conducted in accordance with high scientific standards.


Job Description

  • Director: Leading and directing all research activities, supervising program implementation, and being responsible for the final results. The head of the research center is also tasked with building a network of cooperation with other institutions, both domestically and abroad.
  • Executive Secretary: Manage correspondence, documentation, and daily administration. The secretary is also responsible for compiling monthly and annual reports, and supporting the head of the research center in planning and implementing activities.
  • Treasurer: Manage finances, prepare budgets, and report on the use of funds. The treasurer is also responsible for ensuring expenditures are made under approved budget plan, as well as conducting internal audits periodically.
  • Research Field Coordinator: Preparing and implementing plans, overseeing teams, and reporting results. Research area coordinators are also tasked with identifying funding opportunities, submitting proposals, and managing projects.
